Thanks again for your prayers and well wishes that you have sent my way...the bonds of connection are strong, even though separated by many miles!

Last week was spent reaching out and making contacts in the
neighborhood. I introduced myself and gave out bulletin board info at
nearby schools, bookstores, hotels, restaurants, and grocery stores. The
neighborhood is mostly Palestinian and Muslim, but I was always received
quite cordially. I think the church has a good history of earning the
respect of its neighbors!

Last weekend I brought the message for the East Jerusalem Community
Church, both in its Saturday night online format, and the Sunday morning
format. In case any of you might be interested in listening in on my

I want to reassure you of my safety, security and peace of mind!
I feel more safe here than I do in so many places at home. The people of
Palestine are so friendly, welcoming, protective, and hospitable! I can
walk the streets of Bethlehem freely,  day or night, without a worry.
Tuesday I walked all over the old city in Jerusalem, as well as East
Jerusalem, and met with welcoming smiles and affirmations everywhere.

Again, thanks so much for your support, love, and prayers! I do want to
assure you that I feel very safe being here and am feeling healthy,
engaged, and joyous! May God bless and keep you there at home in Shalom
and Salaam, or whatever you want to call PEACE!
